1. Desktop computer in the lobby with color printer and internet access for guest use. This computer is a P4, running MS windows 2000 professional OS, with MS office, Paintshop Pro, and Dreamweaver.

2. High speed wireless (wi-fi) internet in the rooms and the lobby.

3. FAX machine in the lobby.

4. Direct distance dialing phone service, with free local calls, and long distance calls may be billed to rooms; Voicemail and messaging. Local resturants are in speed dial. Phones have data ports.

5. Sqeaky clean rooms, new beds, all the amenities of a franchise motel - without the franchise mark up!

6. Some rooms have computers
